As a wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend I chose to make changes to a greener way of living.

On our journey there have been numerous companies researched and finally planted our feet firmly with one that aligned with our lifestyle.   In doing so in 2004 our family has made significant strides in our happiness and health.  I work from our home office, make time for our grandson and daughter along with my wonderful husband Michael and of course our dog Tahoe.   I’m living the life I’ve always dreamed of and feel abundant in so many ways.

My eyes were opened when I really started to read the labels of the products our family used on a daily basis and it shocked me how many ingredients were harmful.  Well that didn’t sit well and off I went on a journey of knowing more.  What I realized most was that I had a choice and there were more choices out there for my health and well-being than what was being marketed to me every day in my living room while relaxing on the couch.

We live in our bodies 24/7 and it’s up to us to take responsibility for our health and “partner” with a health provider of our choosing.  There are so many healthy minded practitioners waiting to assist us but we have to ask and it will be given.   What we put in our mouths and on our skin daily will make a difference in our babies, children, parents and our lives, so why not make better choices.

Small steps in the beginning will amount to big strides in the end.
